What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a very ancient modality that can produce many different improvements in your physical & mental health. The only thing that you need to practice is YOUR OWN BREATH! Sessions are led by a certified breathwork coach/facilitator (aka ME!) as I teach you a variety of breathing techniques to assist with many different physical and emotional states–just to name a few that breathwork can assist with…anxiety, nervousness, high blood pressure, asthma, fears, addictions, stress & gut issues.
Additionally, the body is a beautiful instrument that knows how to heal, if we give it the proper tools to do so. The magic of breathwork is that it assists with releasing “stuck” emotions that have been residing in the body’s tissues, organs & cells for many years, thus allowing the body to release stagnation and the blood to flow more freely, allowing healing to occur on a deep spiritual level.
I offer one-on-one private sessions, group sessions (2 or more people), corporate workshops & school demonstrations for faculty and students.
The monthly FULL MOON GROUP SESSIONS take place on or within 1-2 days of the full moon each month & are held outdoors under the moonlight. They are generally 60-90 minutes in length and include sound bowl healing during the breathwork session, as I take you through active, calming and meditative breathing techniques.
